Unfortunately the gallon dispenser leaked, so it flooded.

Good location, close to everywhere, comfortable villa for family, only drawback is the water heater, the water heater is not optimal, hot water only comes out for a while then cools down, otherwise fine

A really good villa for a staycation, fast service, all the villa facilities are good, affordable price and strategic location.

The villa is clean. All facilities are functioning. The villa guard is nice and friendly too.

At first arrival the villa smelled good but for the kitchen equipment especially the plates were dirty. Karaoke sound could not be used. For the room and place okay.

The caretaker is good, every time he asks for help, he comes right away.

There were lots of big ants and the bed cover looked like it had never been washed and there were traces of dirt.

All the villa facilities are running smoothly, the price is cheap, the villa staff are quick to respond, it's top.

The villa is okay, comfortable, clean, feel at home staying here. Recommended.

Really enjoyed staying at this villa with complete equipment and free drinking water provided. The owner was very friendly at first, he wanted to move the date and was allowed by the owner, but in the end he went back to the original schedule.

The villa is poorly maintained, especially many kitchen utensils are dirty, the frying pan is peeling it's time to replace it, the rice cooker looks like it hasn't been washed. And what's worse is the wifi. The rooms are clean, the staff is quite responsive, overall it's just okay. Maybe it can be improved more, thank you. Love.

The facilities are not maintained, such as bathrooms that are not clean, kitchen utensils also need attention, they are not clean and the wallpaper is starting to peel off. Others are enough because the price is like that too. For good service, villa guards are friendly.

The water heater is used from the start when entering the villa it cannot be hot.
