Staff were really good to work with and we appreciated their help! The only negative was we asked for transportation to the airport and the staff told me 250 Euros. The guy wanted 340. I was not happy with that

The location was perfect for our cruise boarding. The breakfast very good, a lot of choices even a mimosa! You can walk and explore for hours….

Great location, clean modern rooms. Great Breakfast. Nice Staff. We used the valet parking as the parking lot was a ways away.

I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself visiting Trieste.

No view, noisy from building equipment, parking is horrible. Staff was amazing, breakfast and room service good was great, location is great!!

This hotel is in a great position to walk the streets of Trieste. Breakfast very good and front desk staff glad to help you with anything.

If you have trouble with stairs and/or have heavy luggage don't stay here. There was no one to help with carrying bags up and down the stairs if you are travelling. The reception people will just stare at you while you're struggling and tell you that you should have arrived at a time when the bellboys are here if you wanted help. Just got kind of dumbfounded at the comment. The lobby was lovely. The rooms are not soundproofed you will hear people talking and trucks making noise early in the morning so you wont really get much sleep. Big disappointment really, I was excited before having the chance to visit.

Great property. Nice staff. Only issue is driving there. The valet is not at address of property. They should put a map link to where valet/bag drop is located

Beautiful palatial hotel with a newly renovated feel right in the city center, close to the coast/port and busy shopping area with restaurants. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I can highly recommend it.
