We booked this room because it had a really good rating and wanted to be able to cook a meal for our toddler. When we arrived we were booked in a room that was not to par with the ratings. The shower head was completely busted, the towels had stains and the the window covering wouldn’t go up because the pull cord was broken. I don’t know how they wouldn’t notice the shower if they were actually cleaning the bathroom? When we called the next morning (washed up and went to bed after a 10 hour drive with a toddler) the front desk person said that no one should have been in that room as it was under construction, however since the new owners they are just greedy. I think we got placed into that room because of booking through a 3rd party app.

Very close to Carson-Tahoe Hospital and Surgical Center. An excellent choice if you have someone in the hospital

Location is good! The price is excellent!

It is a fairly new hotel, good freeway access, very clean, good price. My sister stayed on 3rd floor on end unit, the room next door you could hear the man snoring thru thin walls. My nephew stayed on second floor and end and was awakened by foot stomping above. so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Wear ear plugs!

This is what hospitality should be. I enjoyed my stay and especially the kind manager Chelsea and David and Shaun. Good people.

This is one of the best place to stay in Carson Area

Service at the front desk depended very much on who was there. When trying to check out, waited at the front desk for ten minutes for someone to show up. All three of the staff I spoke to asking for help, couldn’t help me until someone finally arrived. There was no sign at the desk with instructions on what to do if no one was there.

Over all a good stay. Staff at the front desk were not always there and at times hard to get a hold of. Property and room were very clean. I love the convenience of having refrigerator, microwave and stove top access in each room!

Good location, not too busy. Safe and clean area.

Pet friendly and the charge was about $27 which was so reasonable.

1 Complimentary bottle of water for 2 people checking in The shower head was corroded and sprayed in multiple directions. Room keys had to be reset after every entry because they stopped working.
