Great spot for skiing at Hunter. Clean rooms, safe feel. Breakfast at 6 is very convenient. They also fixed up the two level 2 J1772 chargers which is helpful for EV owners as well.

They don't like the third-party booking. Everything else was ok.

Everything was great except the manager. It looks like he doesn’t like it if you booked from a third party like Expedia. There was a false charge after we left the hotel but removed later.

Very clean and comfortable room. It is very quiet and peaceful as opposed to the Howard Johnsons across the road.

I would never stay here again. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything the neighbor says. Staff was very unfriendly. The breakfast was terrible. The sausage was like cardboard and the staff that are cooking the breakfast wear half shirts. The hotel was very vacant, yet they refused to change our room. Pretty sure an entire family works and lives there. We left a day early due to the smell in the entire hotel.

This sparkling modern hotel gave us an affordable, wonderful option for a quick last-minute upstate getaway. We normally do an area Airbnb that was booked but the hotel did not disappoint! From the friendly, simple checkout near my kids’ bedtime to the clean comfy beds and in-room microwave and fridge, we were set. The heat worked great and the adjustable rain shower was also soothing. Free breakfast is always a must with little ones and there were plenty of options. I do wish they’d had more hot food or a waffle maker as the premade pancakes were meh—but this is a small blemish. Everyone here works hard and is very friendly. Will definitely be back and recommend as it’s hard to find good lodging during the busy seasons here!
