Great time

The staff was great and I love how clean everything was and smelt.

Clean, New, only thing is that they didn’t have a jacuzzi but other than that it was a great stay.

Great staff throughout….friendly and helpful. Facility always looks like new and the rooms are large and clean. Nice variety of lobby area places to socialize and eat/drink. Quick shuttle to airport.

The place and staff are wonderful. The shuttle service is priceless.

Kendra was a great host/receptionist at our check-in. Very informative and helpful while keeping the transaction speedy.

Stayed on 5th floor. Noisy air conditioning? Something on roof making noise? Drilling across the street possibly?

Great experience, no big issues. Which we could have received more coffee creamer in our room but overall great experience.

Amazing experience. Staff were super friendly. They had a shuttle to take you to the airport and the mall. Really enjoyed the place.

it was okay. Unfortunately, i think they were understaffed and so the breakfast experience was lacking. The food was un-flavorful.

The place is very clean and breakfast fast Buffett has limited options and the employee seem disorganized. The hotel should make the breakfast free.

Property was amazing in all expectations

The hotel, overall, is pretty nice. We were greeted by a very lovely young woman working at the front desk to start. Our bathroom was spacious and the bluetooth mirror was super cool. The bed was nice and comfy as well. We were happy with the room except for a couple of things. After settling in, we realized the floors were not cleaned very well. There was red glitter in the bathroom and dusty/dirt along baseboards in each room. The couch had some crusty food spots that could have easily been whipped up or scratched off. The AC unit in the bedroom made an irritating rattle. Also, the walls must be paper thin. We came to the hotel on a date night, super excited to eat a good dinner and to get a good nights sleep away from our kiddos. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The people next door to us had a young child that scream cried multiple times throughout the night and it sounded like they were literallyin 5he room =-( And around 8:30am they were bumpin' Kevin Gates lol To top it off, the menu for their restaurant online is not the menu you will be handed when you sit down for dinner =-/

We had a good stay overall. Room, pool, gym, and towels, transportation, and guest service was amazing! I thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Overall I’d stay again. Thank you.

Our reservation was a happy accident. I simply chose a reasonable rate in a convenient location, and what a good accident it was. The location was close to major roads, which made it easy to get to other places. Check-in was quick and pleasant. The room was large and modern. The plush towels and Bluetooth speaker mirror were a nice bonus. While the area includes many other hotels, there are a couple nice restaurants within walking distance. Just a heads up, though, you will be asked for a $100 refundable deposit. That is not a big deal, but I think it is worth warning as the refund can take up to five days. We will definitely stay here again.
