I stayed with my family here for a last minute holiday and we had such a wonderful stay. The location was beautiful and the cottages were set with fields around. We stayed in Egremont cottage and it was so spacious. Perfect for our family and our dog too. The cottage was superbly clean and the check-in/check-out from the hotel was seamless. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next trip already!

The Cottages are tastefully decorated, very comfortable (especially the beds!) and have a lovely outlook through large windows onto the orchard at the back. We found the kitchen to be slightly under-equipped with no scissors, no place-mats, and the mugs are very small if you like a big cuppa in the morning, plus the temperature control on the shower wasn't working but these are simple things to fix and the manager was quick to respond when we couldn't work out how to get the radiators switched on upstairs. Altogether an enjoyable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a lovely 4 day stay with friends at the Cottages. Plenty of space, the cottage was clean and well presented with a small sunny patio area surrounded by trees and wildlife. The beds were comfortable and the shower good. The location was great for walks along the canal, the Witterings and local nature reserves, plus only a short distance from Chichester. One negative was the mismatched and uneven selection of glasses and crockery and lack of various items of kitchen equipment which could benefit from an inventory. We had one meal in the hotel restaurant but the service was slow and they had run out of some menu choices so we did not have another meal there on the strength of that. We would stay here again as the location was great, spacious accommodation, lovely kitchen garden and pizza restaurant on site.

This is 2nd time of staying at Crouchers, our 1st in the cottages as a family now, and it was amazing. They have thought of everything, beds are super comfy, the Italian just opposite is amazing as well as the breakfast at hotel! Not one bad thing to say other than wish we could of stayed longer! We will be back again!!

Great location and the cottage was beautiful as well as the gardens. The downsides, in my opinion, were that there should be more privacy for the patios, and that the bathrooms were a bit smelly, I guess because there were no windows. It would have been nice to have fans available too.
