The room is damp, the AC is not cold at all, it's a mess, I will never stay here again.

Unfortunately we had to pay extra to meet hotel price. The price on app is not the real price.

The staff were friendly, it was a shame that we had to add to the hotel rental fee because the price listed on the app did not match their rate, for a price of 350 thousand there should be a welcome drink but there was none at all, besides that we didn't get a toothbrush.

The staff is not friendly, that's the downside of being bitchy. But it makes me lazy to go there again.

The room is quite good, quite clean. The service of the staff is not very friendly and when I wanted to check in I was asked for an additional 100 thousand from the room I booked on the grounds that the promo on the app was not appropriate (too cheap).

Pengalaman ke-2 bermalam di sini secara umum cukup baik. Namun sdkt catatan saja untuk keran air panas saat malam hari sepertinya kurang berfungsi baik. Dan remote AC serta remote tv tolong diperhatikan. Lcd remote AC yang kebetulan di kamar kami blank. Sementara remote tv tidak berfungsi.

Tidak tersedia air sama harus ada alat pemanas untuk tamu memasak air panas.

No hangers in the bathroom, no aqua in the room, towels were not replaced even though I stayed 3 days.

Untuk segi fasilitas kamarnya sudah cukup, tetapi pelayanan pegawainya sangat kurang, kurang ramah terutama & seperti mau tau urusan orang lain, bukannya memberikan pelayanan yang baik, selebihnya parkir sudah cukup baik.

They wants to hold my ID card until we check out, how can I go out without my ID card? The staffs are not very welcome as well, it would be my first and last stay here.

The room was smelly, the bed linen had lots of stains and there was a chair full of mold.
