Bathroom door couldn't close at all. Get the staff to check but they couldn't fix it. Ask for room exchange but they say sold out of are the night, can only get technician to come in on second day ti fix. I'm here for holiday not here to stay in the room. No one will waste time to wait for your technician to come and fix it during their stay. Carpet not vacuum, found rubbish on the floor as well as female broken nails with yellow nail polish on. Bedsheet full of stains and not sure if they even change the sheets as there's tiny pieces of stuff on it which caused itchiness. Back to bathroom door, the staff that came up to check and “fix” said that they will refund us 10% for inconvenience caused. Upon check out, no refund was given. When questioned, the staff said he was not told, and I have to wait for another lady to come in 5-10mins. Waited for 15 mins but the lady is still no where to be seen. After another 5-10 mins then the lady came. Best thing, end up I spoke to their manager via phone call. So why do I have to waste 20-30mins waiting if I can just speak to their manager straight? Am not expecting a 5 stars hotel experience, but is it wrong to expect functional doors and clean sheet?
