The air conditioner in my room was not cold during my 5-day stay. This is my second time staying here.

The location is perfect if you want to get around Bukit Bintang.

The location is good because everything is in the middle of the crowd, and close to everything, from malls, restaurants, transportation, and many Indonesians stay here.

There are only 7 TV channels, the picture quality is poor, and the broadcast is completely turned off after 12 PM. 😐

The hotel staff was very friendly and helped me book a taxi to KLIA airport.

The Wi-Fi can go out repeatedly in one day and is very slow compared to other hotels.

Check-in was easy, and you could leave your luggage at check-out. The location is convenient. However, there's music playing next to the hotel at night, which can be a bit distracting if you're trying to sleep.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was quite clean, although a bit small. There was a small refrigerator, but it wasn't very functional. If you remove the card, it automatically shuts off, so drinks you left inside wouldn't be cold when you returned. But overall, it's worth the price.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel because it's easily accessible and close to everything. The price is very affordable.

Across the hotel there is a RM with chicken rice and vegan food. Next door and across the street there is a pharmacy too. It's also close to the pavilion, even closer to Jalan Alor, behind the hotel there is a plaza. Only the noise can be heard a bit.

The AC was leaking and no one was cleaning the room.

The location is very strategic, even 700 meters to the Pavilion, it's as close as the alley in front of your house. The staff is quite friendly, check-in and check-out are easy, and finding food is easy. There is live music next door, but it's not disturbing as long as the music is on point. I'll definitely stay here again.

The sheets weren't changed, and the pillowcases weren't absorbent. The room wasn't cleaned. The toilet was dirty. Not recommended.
