I booked a double bed, but the staff gave me a single bed. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation.

Great, I recommend it. Not luxurious but comfortable. Plenty of parking. Not crowded.

โดยรวมตัวห้องพักดีค่ะ แต่ก่อนจะบินไปถึงภูเก็ตได้โทรเข้าโรงแรมแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าเราจะไปถึงช้า เพราะเครื่องดีเลย์ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ยังไม่ทราบเลยว่าเราจองไว้แล้วจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว และพอไปถึงภูเก็ต เราก็ขับรถตามหมุดแผนที่ สรุปว่าโรงแรมอยู่คนละทางกับแผนที่เลยค่ะ ไกลกว่าหมุดมาก จะออกนอกเมืองอยู่แล้ว ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วที่เราจองโรงแรมนี้ส่วนนึงคือต้องการพักในตัวเมือง แต่ความเป็นจริงไม่ใช่เลย อยากให้ปรับปรุง มันเสียความรู้สึก และสุดท้าย งง กับพนักงานทำความสะอาดห้องมากเลยค่ะ เราพัก2 ห้อง ประมาณ 9 โมง พนักงานทำความสะอาดไปเคาะห้องแม่เรา แล้วบอกว่าจะทำความสะอาดห้อง แม่เราก็ไม่ได้เอาป้ายไปติดหน้าห้องนะว่าจะให้ทำความสะอาด สุดท้ายแม่เราต้องไปนั่งแถวสระน้ำ ให้พนักงานเข้ามาทำความสะอาด ทำกับแขกแบบนี้ได้ด้วยหรอ? ควรปรับปรุงด่วน แต่ห้องสวย สะอาด ที่นอนนุ่ม อันนี้ขอชมนะ
