Sorry, the first time I stayed was very disappointing, in terms of service, room conditions, the bathroom tap water was dead, the toilet tap was dead, the AC & TV remote was dead, the bathroom was dirty, there was no soap. Although the location is strategic. In the future, pay more attention to the service and condition and cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Before checking in, I was told to pay additionally, even though I had ordered via Traveloka. How could it not be nice?

The AC is not cold, there are many cigarette butts, no towels and other bathroom equipment. Very badd!

I've been locked inside the room because of the jammed key. Pressure pressure so low, not possible to get shower. Phone number of the Owner of property should be displayed in the room for emergency calling, otherwise we will only have Oyo reservation number which has no CS to talk. Thanks.
