The property is centrally located. There are lots of stairs to the property and steep stairs to the unit. Felt safe and the location was quiet. Room and bathroom were clean. The AC struggled to keep the room cool. Overall the stay was nice and would recommend.

Very centrally located, only a short walk to the train station but located up 2 long flight of stairs so be wary of heavy suitcases. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Would stay again.

A quaint place with so much space. The included breakfast was satisfying and stayed with the local nuances. Only downfall, the villages closes so early at night, leaving you with nothing to do so a TV in the room would be nice.

Fantastic staff. Francesca & Veronica treated me like family. Sumptious, fresh breakfast with homemade ‘torta di giorno’. Clean, quiet room with fridge & heat pot for tea. Lots (& lots) of stairs but worth it. Grazie mille!

Simply improvements needed. Shower offered a rain shower head. BUT, you couldn't use it because the amount of water over powered the lazy drain. Please put a nightstand on both sides of the bed. 65 steps up to this room. Best breakfast in our 23 days of traveling throughout Italy.
