I had a terrible time, the receptionist, precious did not know about my booking, I was given a room of #8,000. It was really terrible. I’m fast they did not want to give me any room. Not Expedia’s fault. It’s the hotel management and their system.

Room AC was cold bathroom 🚽 neds an upgrade. Security personnel were very helpful and courteous and even helped me with my bags.
