Room was clean and fresh. Nice linen . Fairly stingy with tea and coffee but was able to ask for more . Well equipped bathroom . Food options in the bar quite limited and felt pricey for what they were. Chicken curry was lovely but £18 and very small portion of rice and no condiments . Would have liked half pint of Guiness but only comes in pints . Staff were friendly enough when spoken to but not overtly helpful . 3 times I stood back for staff in corridors and lifts before I really thought about it. This shouid come naturally to them . The place is really nice and convenient but seems over priced and lacking in the extra personal attention which makes all the difference . Would stay again though .

Perfect hotel right next to the airport although I wish coffee & breakfast were included in your stay otherwise a really nice hotel to stay at and catch your early morning flight!

My partner and I remarked that the woman at the front desk was the first unfriendly person we had met in the highlands. When we got to the room, it was un-vacuumed and there were grease smears on all surfaces and the headboard. Each of the cups in coffee corner were dirty with lip marks/greasy fingerprints.

Everything was done in great taste and convenience. We love the bar, food was good, and staff was extremely helpful.

It was a last stop before flying home and it lived up to all expectations for us. Very very convenient!

A was a very nice place to stay. Had A/C, washcloths and comfy pillows which have been rare to find on this trip.

A bit pricey for a Courtyard, but overall a very clean and friendly property.

The good: the hotel looks brand new or newly renovated; it’s in great shape. It’s also right across the street from the airport, so very convenient location if you are flying in or out. The staff is fantastic; everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The not so good: whoever approved the shower layout should be fired. It’s one of those “no door” showers, as if the water will magically stay within the confines of the shower without a door or curtain. Expect a large puddle on the bathroom floor after your shower. The doily for the glass cups in the bathroom had a yellow-brownish stain on it, perhaps from coffee or tea. This makes you wonder what else in the room may not be clean. However, I will say the rest of the room appeared to be very clean, so this may have been a one off. There were no pillow cases or a duvet cover for the sofa-sleeper in the storage compartment of the sofa sleeper or on a shelf anywhere in the room. This seemed odd to me that you’d have to request it from housekeeping when the pillow and duvet are there. The deadbolt on the room needs to be oiled or adjusted; I understand it’s a fire safety door but the deadbolt requires you to push down hard on the INSIDE door handle when leaving the room. The door slammed so many times due to the deadbolt being engaged, even though we hadn’t engaged it before leaving the room. Lastly, we got checked into an occupied room; I supposedly had the same name as another guest but that doesn’t make sense

No privacy with the bathrooms, see through wall and no solid door

This was the perfect place to start our Highland adventure. Super convenient right next to the airport and rental cars (a 2 minute walk). The room was comfy and perfect for a rest before heading out on our adventure.

TV is not connectable to smart phone or for screen mirroring. No way to watch or stream anything except YouTube. Front desk looked theor nose down at you. Pmease keep in mind, the bathroom consists of a frosted glass enclosure with a glass door. No real pivacy for using the toilet.

Inside the hotel everything looks brand new. Spatious rooms. Free parking (you have to register the car at the reception). Restaurant is good and breakfast buffet generous (though not included). The staff vas very nice and helpful. They can call a cab for you to get into town - often there are some waiting at the airport so they'll come quickly. There is a train that goes into town but it runs once an hour so it requires some planning. Though it's next to the airport, it was very quiet

I preface this review by saying the room cost over £600 for 2 nights and needs to be judged as such. For that price I expect far better than what I got. We gave our name to check in and the first thing I was told by the receptionist was that my card had been declined, but I hadn't given any card to reception. Plus, the room was paid in full. After the receptionist confirmed this was true I asked if I needed to add my card to the room since we would be spending on site. I was told no card was necessary and we could pay as and when we bought things. We went to the bar for a drink and was told they don't take cards or cash, only room keys. So I had to go back to the receptionist to add the card to the room. The room... hairs on the towel, hairs in the shower and the table in the room hadn't been wiped and was sticky. The shampoo bottle was just an empty bottle with zero shampoo inside. For £100/night these issues wouldn't be a problem, but £300/night they are unacceptable. The one good thing is the lady host running breakfast was fabulous. And the breakfast food is nice too.
