The walls are paper thin, very noisy neighbors overhead. But the staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming of our big dog. Everything was quick and easy and affordable

First thing we saw walking into the room was roaches crawling on the floor. The room smelled funky and not good. The building is falling apart and patched back together in crappy fashion. The phones dont work, theres no lights in the ceiling. The toiletries provided are awful. I chose this hotel because it had 8.2 stars and I have no idea how because this had to be the worst hotel I've stayed at. I feel like I deserve a refund.

I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. Overall solid experience. Love that they are pet friendly.

groups foreign men wandering around property at all hours of the day and night stating they lived there. Parking is only around side where these people habg out all day or in the back . The breakfast was good. My room came w pre clogged toilet and stains on wall near toilet i can only imagine. Bed is old . The room is humid. Rust and stains of god knows what all over . The Ac sounds like its underwater and not draining properly so all the moisture is in the room. I was so tired after a 15 hour drive to care at this point. Slept. Showered and left

When we entered the room, the floor was wet. We thought it had just been mopped, but it didn't dry, so we wiped it with towels. Everything continued to sweat, even the bed felt damp. When we woke up everything was wet even the ceiling.We reported it to the front desk and they gave us a refund.

Room was subpar, floors were dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. Shower drained very slowly. Linens and towels were stained. We also had gnats or sewer flies flying around in our room trying to get in out food. Bed was ok, quiet for the nost part. Check in staff was very sweet and super helpful. Very nice young lady and ahe definitely deserves a raise! Not many young ppl with her level of professionalism around these days.

The hotel walls were thin. You could hear the neighboring rooms and we had gnats in the bathroom.

Clean, friendly staff!

W had a great stay. We especially liked the fact that they allowed dogs. The staff was fantastic! Only real issue was that the pillows and beds didn't seem fresh.

Tried to cancel our reservation the day we arrived. Moved us to the Wingate. Extremely disappointed in the whole situation. Staff were not helpful, property was in poor condition. Would not recommend.

Dirty. The floors were sticky. Paint chipped on all the walls. None of the outlets worked. Bugs (not bed bugs thankfully) crawling in the pillow case.
