Free car service from and to train station and airport. Front desk (Sharon Feng) helped to book tickets and taxi. Nice hotel and excellent services.

I booked through your website, when I check in . The front desk staff tell me there is no reservation in their computer system. It take one hour to talk with your customer service in China.even this is intranet problem, make me very frustrated. Very bad experience!

Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety including bread and noodles. It was nice to have a fitness room as well.
