Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet. The restaurant is lovely and our meal was very good. The wait staff were excellent. There is not much undercover parking, but plenty of onsite open spaces, protected by a security gate. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to return on our next trip. Room was very clean, comfy bed and pillows, quiet noisey though which I know is out of their control with other people running up and down hallways, kids above us running around early morning, slamming doors etc etc but overall good

Nice hotel with a luxury feel. Convenient for the motorway and away from the hustle and bustle of the coast for a quieter experience. And yet, within 10 minutes you can be at the coast. We did not use the various sports facilities, but there is plenty of choice.

Food an drink options were good there was a larger range to drink from than other hotels. The staff and facilies were very clean an friendly an willing to help at any point, everything that we had to go to was in walking distances if your willing to walk 25 minutes to the train station. The breakfast and dinner side of things when it comes to paying was a hit an miss with different people serving you e.g asking your room number to charge at the end of the stay, if we werent honestly at the receltion about having breakfast and dinner we wouldnt have gotten charged. But over all it was a great little getaway and lovely place to stay.

Great stay for the local KDV sports facilities. Highly recommend for stay here as well if wish to access hinterland areas and to Gold Coast areas. Would come back again for a family getaway.

When we arrived was initially given room that wasn't what was booked and was already occupied, was soon sorted after going back to reception. Accessible room was good but nowhere to put soap in shower and nowhere to put other toiletries as was only a tiny shelf available. In main room there was no suitcase holder so case had to be put on desk to enable easy access. Lovely area to relax near pool and look out over sports precinct. Lovely meal in restaurant,but continental breakfast very basic. Parking area good. Would consider staying there again if ever back in area.

Excellent service by Darcy, comfortable bed, great size room. Ample parking. Very close to great food options and sporting centres.

Bed not super comfy, but it wasn't too bad.

Comfortable, quiet, with efficient staff. Room very clean, bed mattress firm but linen very soft and cozy. Shower head can be raised and lowered, and shower walk-in had no step up nor down - handy for those with vision impairment or minor mobility issues.
