Staff were friendly and courteous. Entertaining was fun. Dining was really good and easy reservations. Family friendly environment.

Flo rider was fun just have to book and pay for it. Breakfast was not good. And hard to make reservations for dinners.

They need to improve the water quality of the pool! Too much dirty inside the poor that disgusting to me.

Estalin was excellent. He helped us with our dinner reservations each night and ensured we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful resort located on picturesque beach. Offers great dining options and fun activities for the whole family. Clean, safe, easy to navigate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend booking through Expedia to get free concierge service. Our concierge Estalin was excellent, super responsive and attentive to our needs. He booked all dinner reservations and made our stay unforgettable.

The room service was a nightmare you order something and they bring what they want!! DO NOT!! Go to the hunter restaurant we wait 2hrs and they brought wrong order!!

Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is some wear on the rooms but that is normal. There are plenty of good a la carte restaurants for dinner. Plenty of food options in the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The personnel works hard to serve you well and are very friendly. The lazy river pool was my second favourite after the beach (which is a quiet beach). The shows at night target English speakers (I was hoping listening to some Dominicana merengue performers). I would come back!

What was unique about our experience in the Royalton was the lazy river. And the beach it was clean no see weeds like other resorts. And what also was amazing is our concierge Estalin me and the whole group were very appreciative of him and his help His the best he deserve a raise I would give him a 10 stares

Property was nice we enjoyed the lazy river very much and also the beach was clean But the most important thing was the services that your employe Estalin provided for us he deserve a raise the whole group would like to live him a hundred stares

Esteiln was in charge of taking care of us he was very respectful and helpful.
