Have a great time!

The stay was amazing. Very nice inside and comfortable. The only issue I had is the toilet.

There were roaches. I called maintenance and they just said they would spray. Other than that (!) it’s a beautiful place and very comfortable

Loved our stay before Christmas. Check in was a breeze, house was beautiful and comfy. I loved being able to grill and that I could do laundry before returning home.

one negative point here is - there are lot many cockroaches. You must do serious pesticide treatment for the entire building to get rid of cockroaches from kitchen to bath-tub to bed.

The resort was very nice. The unit was very nice and clean

Condition and location

The home we stayed at was so beautiful. We always have an amazing time booking this location. The mountains were amazing. We had our own private house with a grill and we just had a great time. Hurry and book it I’m sure you will not be disappointed

The light on stove didn’t work, the jets in tub didn’t work and the tub was dirty. A/c would not work we had to buy fans and nobody was responsive to us trying to get help with anything just told someone would come

The unit thatbi was given was brand new. We were the first guests to stay in it. It was very spacious, decorated nicely, with two gas fireplaces. Definitely a great place to retreat!

Property well maintained and very clean. Every thing felt as home and was comfy.

When we arrived and tried to checkin, a lady at the front desk told us that there is no any reservation for my name in their system. I showed her the confirmation letter and text message from expedia and after long coversation with her manager she notified me that they need to re-book a reservation. She did a rebook but it occured that they did a reservation with downgrade of level of booked apartments. Finaly webhad to ask to redo it once again to meet theprimary reservation.

The unit was sooo old and super dirty

It was our third time staying at Regal Vista. The unit showed its age. It was in need of new carpet and furniture. Also, there were 2 glasses, a bowl and spoon left on the counter and crumbs on the floor. In lieu of all that, it’s still our favorite section to stay in.

Spacious and comfortable. All promised amenities were available.

Beautiful, clean and quiet. Loved the fireplaces.

Very clean and comfortable!

There was a tree right by the deck and bug crawled on the deck. The tree blocked our view of the mountains. The water in the unit 2185 only git luke warm. My son scrapped his head on the chandler above the dining room table and there was a massive spider web on the ceiling. However, we made the best of it and had a good time.

Very nice, spacious, only thing missing was a water house for the backyard. Book this unit you won’t regret it!
