The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Breakfast was delicious, you must try pistachio ice cream... Very clean... Our luggage was already in our room when we checked in, it was so convenient and good service.

Booked the Japanese family room and it was very spacious. The location was superb, around 4 minutes walk to the shopping street.

Great location close with everything and in the heart of Sapporo city. Stay here 6 days feels like home;) I will stay here again next time.

Book this to go to ice festival. After the ice festival, it is a very quiet place. The hotel size is small but clean.
