The facility is clean and the bathroom amenities, especially the Re-Fa & Pola brands are superb, the stay was enjoyable, however, since it seems the hotel targets mostly families and kids, the noises and disturbance from other (self-centric) guests would create a bit of street fair type environment to the otherwise fine and serene facilities of the hotel. The location is very convenience with a nice super store in the same building. Would be a good choice in Naha.

Great location from monorail. Breakfast buffet was a great variety and reasonably priced. They served coffee & drinks for free everyday. The washer/dryer in the room was a big plus. The room had a microwave/fridge & kettle. Room spacious enough for 4 adults for sleeping. Hotel also has a pool.

Just one comment: please remind the housekeeping team to check and clear the ‘clot’ (hairy stuffy waste) in the bathtub drainage as I find the drainage is really slow and after I clear the clot, drainage resume normal

The location was great and room is nice and clean. Shower equipment was super too. Would come back again .

房間大小適中，放嬰兒床後空間不會太擁擠，且嬰兒床是可以作為床邊床使用的那種，飯店地點很不錯，提供很多嬰幼兒用品，很適合有小小孩的家庭。 飯店其實備有滿多嬰幼兒用品，但如果沒有主動一個個提出要求，飯店是不會主動提供的 (已經有事先跟他們帶幾個月的寶寶，但就是客戶要求什麼才給什麼，明明有很多用品但櫃檯不會主動詢問或提供)，建議事先查看官網看有什麼用品是需要的。 住宿方面都是舒適的，唯一讓我們覺得不太舒服的點是，退房當天明明是11點退房，但櫃台10:50就打電話催促。

Great sized room, great location, and wonderful air conditioning. The washer/dryer combo in the room was a lifesaver and I really appreciate being able to wash my clothes. It is annoying that you have to take two elevators to get to the hotel lobby but that was my own mistake for not reading carefully. The convenience of being above a Don Quijote was also very valuable to pick up quick snacks and other things. An excellent hotel and would love to stay again to come back!

Room clean need more attention.

Thought from the pictures it was much better than it was. Business hotel very staple . Very weird having taxi come up to get you. Very bad they had a liquor time sake offered my kids thought it was water had access filled their water bottle then found out later it was not water

The room was very comfortable and an excellent value. The hotel had many children running around when I was there, so if you want peace and quiet, this might not be the spot.

離單軌列車壺川站走路3分鐘就到，樓下就是唐吉軻德，開到凌晨三點，非常方便。房間不會太小，各種備品齊全，接待區還有免費咖啡可以喝，很不錯。

Clean room. With great extras like free juice, coffee. Close to train station and restaurants.

Love this property, location, and friendliness of the entire staff. Well within walking distance to Kokusai Street, a great location next to a big store that has everything you want or need. Definitely will stay here again next time.
