I booked my trip to Shenzhen- China, but this hotel was at least 1 hour drive from Shenzhen. I was pre-paid for 5 nights and could not change my hotel. commuting was so difficult, time consuming and expensive. it ruined my work, visit.

Fantastic room, great facilities, great breakfast (lots of Western choices and made to omelets). Great staff. Will defo stay here again. For the price, unbelievable. Can't actually recommend this hotel enough. Pool has full facilities including sauna, hot tub seating area, great.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The gym room is well-facilitated. visitors must feel relaxed staying in the hotel. The location is convenient to a business trip.

Everything was great. Staff was polite. They could work on their ability to make a cocktail, but other than that, great.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and upgraded my room. tidy & clean, 2mins walk to metro station.

This is an outstanding hotel. Brand new and nicely designed. Our room was extraordinarily large for a twin standard. Most of the staff speaks some English which is quite rare in China. The most memorable part was the breakfast, which I wholeheartedly recommend!

We had a great time. The hotel is highly recommended. The last day was a friend's birthday and they made her a cake! Always attentive to everything we need.

전시 일정으로 2일 머물렀는데 깨끗하고 좋았어요~ 주변애 먹을 곳이 없어서 룸서비스 해야~ 직원들 친절하고 청결 상태 좋아요~ 조식도 포함이라 굿!!! 하지만 전시 일정으로 안마를 받으려 호텔서 주는 쿠폰 사용했지만 스파직원들 영어도 안되고 의사소통 안됨! 가급적 스파는 밖에 나가서 받으시길!

Super service all the way from frontdesk to the restaurants. Very helpfull while arriving at 5AM and no cash for the taxi. Fixed with a smile. Full value for money.

주변에 수변 공원이 있어 밥먹고 30분에서 1시간 걷기.좋고 수영장이 관리가 잘 되는것 같음.
