It was a nice stay. Although, the shower pressure was not really giving it for me. Otherwise, great stay. Also, I was on my own and had breakfast for two. I was requesting if i can also have pancakes on top of my other order - the server wasn’t to keen to fulfill this reasonable request.

Staff were so helpful, getting us transportation wnd booking a tour the night before, very attentive. Breakfast is very nice, as is the dinner. Room was clean and well kept, would visit again.

Wonderful lodge or boutique hotel. Very nice room, comfortable accommodations, including an outdoor pool. Excellent service, close to Victotia Falls, restaurants, shopping, transportation/ tours available upon request.

The Nguni was very pleasant, the front desk was very helpful. It had a small pool & breakfast was good, you chose from the breakfast menu & they prepare it for you. All of the staff were wonderful. You had to take a taxi everywhere since it is a bit out of town, but it was inexpensive $5usd one way into town. $10usd round trip.

This property was quite serene and quiet. I felt really safe and would definitely return and recommend to friends. The lodge is beautifully decorated with authentic African furniture.

It was a lovely lodge. The staff were helpful and the food was very nice. They kept the property dry nice and got our room ready very quickly. They were very accommodating and the pool was also nice

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the peaceful setting of thisxlodge. A couple km away from the busyness and craziness close to the falls, this was like a little piece of heaven. Still close enough to take a cheap txi ride to the falls. The room was very nicely decorated, the bathroom too. It was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

A rustic, clean, comfortable game lodge with 4 tents. The game rangers plus staff are all 5 star. And ni wifi, and no electricity brings everything back to real life in the bush.

Wonderful property and staff.

The staff at Nguni were fantastic. They arranged transport for us when needed (the lodge is not too far from the falls, but not walkable in the heat) and were generally very friendly and kind.

We needed more upfront information on extra costs such as how much extra person in the room and the taxi from the airport. The lack of communication on these was unfortunate. Abrasive responses to questions such as will we have air conditioning later was uncalled for. Finally we could not even access snacks in the evening and told to go to a 7/11.

The staff here are so friendly and nice. Food was great. Landscapiing beautiful. My room was nice, but the walls are paper thin. I could easily follow the converstation of the couple in the room adjacent to mine. A minifridge would be wonderful so to keep some water cold.

The lodge is very nice. Beautiful landscaping and vegetation. The staff is super friendly. Food quite good. The one thing that could make it better would be if they had a mini-fridge in the rooms to one could have cold water.

The blinds on the window were broken, letting in outside light, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The front door is made of glass, so everyone can see inside, and you have to cover it with a curtain every time, which is inconvenient.
