This place is fantastic. Perfect location. Very comfortable.

While they don't offer a front desk, check-in communication was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Location was perfect if you are in Prague as a tourist. My only comment is they don't offer any shampoo or coffee. You might plan on bringing your own or buying at one of the many nearby mini marts.

Beautiful rooms with great views, no need to hunt for a key like other similar places.

Location was perfect - close to restaurants, tourist spots, etc. Check-in process was smooth. Property was clean and suite was as shown in pictures. Only problem was that the temperature in the suite was too high and the AC did not seem to work. Turning on the AC would make it hotter - almost like it was a heater and they hadn't switched to AC. The bathroom in the top room was almost like a furnace. The room cooled down in the night time slightly, but would be unbearable during the day time. Also, there was construction right next to the building, which got very very loud quite early in the morning.

Incorrect amenities listed on property description. At the time of reservation, AC was listed under amenities which was unfortunately not available during our stay. We contacted them several times including an in person request at help desk and did not get a response until last day informing us that AC is only available in summer season. During our stay temperatures were in mid 20s and made it difficult to sleep at night. We requested a fan but did not get a response back. We ended up sleeping with windows open and street noise, tower bells and street light made it impossible to get good sleep. I requested a compensation for the misleading information and our terrible experience but their customer service does not care much. Sorry to say that this experience over shadowed our stay in Prague.

Everything was very good except their communication. Because there is no physical concierge they should be more active and responsive by email.

Beautiful apartments, very spacious, would highly recommend, it is a 2 minute walk to the main square, perfect location.

The carpet is so dirty no air conditioning it got to 80 degrees you can’t open windows because of the flies and all other insects, didn’t really like the PIN code option, overall property is clean and excellent location very close to everything. I would recommend only if they in prove their reception area especially the check in we had people standing outside didn’t know what to do and how to get in the building

Had a great stay — the apartment was very clean and well-kept. The only downsides were that our 5th-floor room got quite hot during the day and night, and the air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Also, while there were coffee-making facilities, no tea or coffee was provided, which I’d usually expect to be included.

The location is perfect. It’s a 5 min walk away from old town square and a lot of options for dinning. They use WhatsApp to communicate which is convenient. We arrived a few hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was great.

We had the attic apartment & even though I was annoyed that we didn’t have the room that was pictured on the photos on Expedia it was still lovely. Walkable to all that Prague has to offer , restaurants nearby & supermarket just round the corner. Communication via email isn’t good but we arrived at 11am so went to the main reception 5mins from the apartments to see if we could check in early, although we couldn’t there is a room with security so felt very safe for luggage.check in was very easy with details sent 24hrs before & just a code to get in to the main entrance & room . The apartment itself was well equipped with most things that you would need to cook , although it would be nice to have a toaster The attic apartment has 2 toilets which was good , the wardrobe with hanging space , safe (free) & iron & ironing board was just as you walk in so no hanging space in the upstairs bedroom & no tv in the living area just in the bedroom, we had a dining table with 2 chairs but only 1 armchair with side table under the stairs. The bed was very comfortable & large with 2 single duvets , the bathroom was lovely with hand wash & shower gel , plenty of toilet rolls . The only issue was the temperature in the room , it was March so pretty cold at night but the room was so warm even with the air conditioning on , couldn’t leave the window open as there was a clock nearby that chimed every hour . Also would be nice to have bathrobes but overall an excellent stay & would stay again.

The Golden Ángel Is well situated and near Downtown . Also, the metro is near .
