Great location. Clean and comfortable

Th parking was really convenient, the staff very friendly, the room was in good shape, and it was clean.

Very modern hotel in a good location. Staff was courteous. Parking lot was full, but they allowed me to park in bus parking near the hotel.

Beware: They charge $20 for parking. However, they have limited parking. One of the nights we stayed, they ran out of parking and told people to park at the Courtyard which was about a block away.

Staff was nice, room clean. Don't love the carpet in the rooms, this needs updating. Also the whole time of our stay Friday thru and including Sunday only one elevator was working. Most inconvenient. Since we were only on the second floor we took the stairs

Location was very convenient for my trip to the Frozen Four this year.

Brand new appearing hotel with lots to offer. Great location for all sporting event access. Staff were always friendly. Check in was easy by the app, and a quick stop at the front desk since we were in earlier than expected. Super accommodating as we expected to have to stow the luggage and wait for room time but they had one ready to go. Room presented clean and well laid out. Lots of room in the king layout with couch. A bit of wind noise from the window as it was a very blustery day, but that was the only time we heard that for the remainder of stay. Hall was quiet at night, no external noise to be heard, though we were at end of hall so may have had something to do with that. Breakfast in the morning was standard fare done well. The cheese eggs were my favorite. Main selection did change on day 3 so that was nice. Outdoor patio was a bit rough appearance wise but did not stop some morning coffee during sunrise in front of the always on fire place insert. Our room window over looked union station so the night time lights were a plus and the daytime look towards the arch was perfect. Attended a soccer match across the street on a whim, perfect location for that. Need transport to the Blues or Cardinals, walk 2 blocks to O'briens for the $2 trolley. Small number of restaurants close by so plan on uber to get around if not driving. All our ubers were nice people, eager to talk about St Louis or sports.

NCAA Division One Hockey Championship. This property was very close to the Enterprise Ice Arena. The hotel is located perfectly for our sporting event and exploring St Louis. The hotel itself was very comfortable and quiet.

Parking is horrible, if there is a parking space available in the lot, I hope you have a small car, the design is horrible and there is no signage how to get in or out of the lot. The rooms were not clean, trash under the bed/ visible dirt around the microwave. We didn’t have a remote for the TV or a hair dryer. They did bring them up upon request. The front desk was not bad, but definitely not the friendliest.
