Did not use the Spa. Yes reached the National Park easily

The hotel was beautiful with ample cultural experience, the food was great and the staff was friendly. Room sizes were good and the location is close to the safari gates.

Hotel don't offer 24 hot and cold water services; food taste is below average in my room 215 water problem was there ; room service took more than 30 min to delivery towel and other amenities I would suggest avoid this property
