Awesome hotel right downtown of Kumamoto covered walkway. Hotel is huge with a great and spacious onsen with both outdoor and indoor bath. Lot of great dinner options. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Kumamoto castle is 15min walking.

Very central, 20min walk to Kumamoto Castle, 1min walk from closest tramway station. Right in the covered pedestrian walk area. Rooms are well equipped very clean. Huge onsen indoor and outdoor, breakfast is absolutely wonderful, tasty with plenty of options.

地點非常方便，不論是商店街或是櫻町巴士站都步行可到。 唯早餐漢堡肉和魚加熱造成油煙非常的重，衣服和頭髮都會沾染到油煙味。

조식은 훌륭했으며 방은 깨끗했습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Reception were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central, which unfortunately resulted in higher parking costs overnight. The internet was excellent, and a coin laundry was available. We didn't worry about the hot baths. The only real negative was the minimal space for suitcases. This wasn't popular with my travelling companions.

Smallest room size was very inconvenient

Had a very pleasant stay. They provide Stickers for small tattoos you might have. The spa/ sentimental was really refreshing after travelling. The facilities were also very clean and the interior was well lit and furnished in a bright tone, which made everything fell very cozy and clean. Staff was very nice and polite. The surrounding area is also very convient, super close to a big modern mall “Sakura”. Had a very pleasant stay, would definitely visit again.
