Everything was working properly in the room

I like the location, but the service was poor ... If you need something in your room you need to go to the reception. They didn't put shampoo or soap very day, the AC is too noisy. I won't come back there!

Staff was great

Great shower pressure and temperature!!! Was the highlight of my stay. Front desk staff friendly and courteous. Enjoyed having a kitchenette did not appreciate not having any cutlery or even mugs unless I rent them, not fair practice

Me quisieron cobrar 250 pesos por una tarjeta extra para entrar al cuarto, el shampoo que te dejan sirve para 1 bañada, el refri y el aire acondicionado hacen demasiado ruido. Es un hotel demasiado básico y la recepcionista de la noche está de malas siempre. No regreso

Mi estancia fue excelente, tuve solo dos detalles que podrían mejorar. El primero es la limpieza en los baños, porque me percaté que no realizan limpieza en la regadera, y el segundo el flotador del depósito del agua funcionaba mal y el agua se tiraba, nadie de mantenimiento o servicio se dio cuenta por lo que di aviso en la recepción, espero lo hayan reparado.

Apart from the inconvenience of only being allowed one key for the room, it really is quite comfortable to stay in. We appreciated having a kitchen with a microwave and stove top which worked quite well and a large sized fridge. The location is fantastic. Two minute walk to grocery and there was a fairground for my child to enjoy. Customer service was very good. Front desk staff was kind and helpful when we had questions. The thing that made our last night painful was that when we left in the evening to begin moving items to our next hotel destination (we had not checked out yet though it probably looked like we did) someone entered our room while we were gone and stole a book that my daughter had specifically left on the bedside table in plain view. I even told the front desk staff that we were not checking out yet, just moving some of our things to the next location. We made sure to take our valuables with us but my daughter did not realise her book would be something someone would want to steal. I don't think it was taken by the maid. It went missing during our time out in the evening, and we noticed it missing from the bedside table as soon as we came back to the hotel late that night. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Maybe its a Mexico thing, but it was new for us.

Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera aunque corta. La comodidad y limpieza de las habitaciones y en general del Hotel es excelente, la ubicación y cercanía con toda clase de tiendas, restaurantes y comodidades, también es muy conveniente.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel rooms are a nice set up but, missing hairdryers, iron and coffee, people at the front desk tell you all that you can't do and nickel and dime stuff like like they charge to use the laundry room, charge for plates, spoons,forks and coffee and after that ignore you, they look as though they are doing you a favor and don't want to be bothered and when asked something answer kinda drill Sargeantish loved the fridge and rooms are spacious and the bathroom set up is great.. but believe since they dont actually clean the room until seven days they have an ant problem you see them everywhere.. The hotel has a lot of potential with the right staff and doing away with the commissary type set up.

La habitación sucia, la cama con pelos, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido que deja dormir

Muy agradable. Sin embargo el clima tuvo fuga de agua al final y aunque estoy acostumbrado al ruido del clima este en ocasiones fue muy ruidoso y llegaba a despertarme por lo demas esra bien el servicio

Exelente servicio y alojamiento

Pretty nice option, we stayed only one night but we are thinking on trying other options before going back.

I stayed there in 2020 and it was better, there use to be dishes to borrow but now they charge everything. I guess some guests could’ve broken some and it wasn’t profitable anymore. There used to be a morning snack and now there’s nothing. Quality has gone down but it’s still an okay suite with stove (was malfunctioning) and a fridge.

Some of the staff was very rude. The bathroom, particularly the shower needed to be repaired.
