The stuff is so friendly and helpful, from reception, restaurant to bar. They even assisted us orginise our tours. We had a great time with other guests at the bar on new year's eve! The restaurant menu has a variety of choices!

There was "who cares" -mentalitet. Everything is going down. If something was broken, no one cares, let it be. The marvellous Europa hof has gone.
