Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep steps. This meant it was very easy to carry luggage and my toddler up and down. Staff also let me keep my stroller in the vestibule on the ground floor. Not at all fancy, but extremely homey and comfortable and I highly recommend.

Very comfortable room and central location. The owner is very kind and flexible. Great for the price.

It was a great hostel

Loved the villa style, spacious rooms, quiet area close to cafes.

The check-in didn't work out smoothly but I can forgive this. The room price is reasonable but the toilet has a bad smell of mould which is a major problem.
