Wonderful

We had booked this hotel for two nights. we called before our arrival and said we would get there around 8.30pm and we were told it was ok. When we arrived at 8.20pm nobody was there to guid us to our room. We went to the gym which was closing and a guy said I can come and help you. He gave us the key to our room and disappeared. We had requested a roller bed for our daughter and instead we found something like a kid crib in our room. So we couldn't sleep comfortably in that room and there was nobody at the hotel to seek help from. We finally called the man who had told us would meet us at the hotel, and enquired about the roller bed situation. He was extremely rude and said if you don't like it you can leave. I said OK, we can leave tomorrow and you need to refund us the 2nd night. He was just very angry and hung up on me. We left the next morning and no matter how much we tried to get the refund they refused. So it was a horrible stay for us and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. We don't recommend this hotel at all and I don't think you can call this place a hotel. It's mostly like a gym for the people in the neighborhood. Terrible experience and a waste of money.

This is an excellent place to stay. Very modern and clean, peaceful, friendly staff, good room, nice restaurant and a proper gym. I mean really a proper gym, not some BS fitness room. I highly recommend Essensio, in fact I asked if there were others.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhaftem Naturpool.

Schönes und großzügiges sowie modern eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr schlechter Service. Rezeption ist nur von 8 bis 21 Uhr besetzt, was nicht den Richtlinien eines 4 Sterne Hotels und dem gehobenen Preisniveau entspricht. Frühstück am Sonnabend erst ab 8 Uhr und wenn man dann endlich ab 8 Uhr auschecken möchte dann muss man erst jemanden suchen, weil die Rezeption auch nach 8 Uhr nicht besetzt ist. Letztendlich muss der Koch die Zimmerbezahlung übernehmen. Ohne fremde Hilfe von Leuten, die sich mit dem Prozedere auskennen, kann man nach 21 Uhr nicht einchecken. Sehr arrogantes, freches und unhöfliches Personal. Man spürt sofort, dass man als Gast nur wie ein notwendiges Übel betrachtet wird und das bei über 180 Euro pro Nacht und Zimmer. Das war eine meiner schlechtesten Serviceerfahrungen in einem Hotel, die ich je erleben durfte. Ganz üble Abzocke für nahezu null Kundenservice. Das Hotelmanagement sollte sich für so etwas Dreistes sehr schämen. Nie wieder so ein Hotel!!! Für Essensio gibt es von mir ein ganz klares 👎

Toll fanden wir v.a. den Ausblick ins Grüne, die Ruhe und den schönen Saunabereich. Sehr aufmerksamws, freundliches Personal und ein hervoragendes Essen. Vielen Dank!!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch.

Dans la globalité c’est un très bon hôtel, de la poussière sur la table du petit salon ainsi que d’autres endroits, j’ai réservé l’hôtel car c’était un spa mais malheureusement j’ai été déçu car le spa était fermer le lundi et n’ouvrait qu’à 16h et lorsque j’ai chercher des photos je me suis aperçu qu’il ne propose aucun bain de relaxation ce qui n’est pas précisé dans la fiche de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et très bon. Concernant les employés il sont courtois mais manque d’explications pour certaines choses.
