As soon as see our room, we have extended our stay 2 more nights. Room was on the top floor and and even better than in the photos. Staff were great and really helpful.i fully recommend this place. Big love.

Service was amazing, it is a beautiful property and landscaping. The pool was warm and had great lounge chairs beside it. Everything was very clean. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very beautiful. Great amenities were in the room, including air-conditioning, a nice big countertop to put your stuff, a refrigerator, coffee, and tea station, and rain, shower head plus all the toiletries you need. The breakfast was wonderful with very unique and tasty dishes, and beautiful presentation. It was in a great location as well. Just a short walk to get to everything you want to visit in the old town.

It was lovely! The pool was great, the breakfast was fabulous and the staff was wonderful. We could kind of hear our neighbors from the bathroom, but only when we were in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.

Super nice boutique hotel- the family room was perfect for our two kids (11 and 14) and two adults. Awesome pool. Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice to be further away from the hustle of Hoi A but still easy to get to. Lovely restaurant on the corner.

Tropical Home Villa is a bit outside the hustle and bustle of Hoi An which was greatly appreciated during the stay. There is a small pool on the property.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful. They helped us with booking a cooking class tour and organized airport transfer. The room was amazing! Very spacious with a beautiful bathroom. This place was also very clean and quiet and the breakfast was really tasty. Highly recommend this place. Definitely will stay here if we find ourselves in Hoi An again.

My friends & I stayed here last year. We were so satisfied with the place & service I decided to book here again this year. It’s walking distance to the main town & the staff are so accommodating. We booked our activities & airport transfers with them. The only thing is the TV channels were mostly Vietnamese. No Netflix or You tube. But otherwise would come back again.

Was lovely, clean and comfortable stay. Location good in a more quiet area with a 15minute walk into the old town. The pool was nice to chill by felt so private. Only thing would be nice to have hooks/drying rack on balcony for towels & swimsuits.

Hotel was nice with big rooms. We could not figure out tv. Breakfast was okay, lots of fruit. Owner very nice and arranged nice transport for us fromDaNang airport.

Our stay here was so perfect and wouldn’t have asked for anything different. Cherry was super informative and helpful in sharing her tips and recs around Hoi An. The cleaning staff were so friendly and on top of keeping our place neat and tidy. The free bike rentals were also a nice touch as well as the cheap laundry service offered in the hotel. Hoi A will forever hold a special place in our hearts and Tropical Home Villa was a huge reason why. I would stay here again if and when I ever come back!

I like that we can cook. The market was walking distance & we were able to shop for food. Because it is a homestay, there were limited rooms & there is no elevator. Request for a room in the ground floor if you have limited capacity to climb the stairs if your room is in the upper level.

Spacious room, good pressure in the shower and lots of hot water. Breakfast buffet was good with variety. Could have used fluffier pillows and the mattress was not as firm as I like. Not accessibility friendly.

This hotel is excellent—clean, beautifully decorated, and with spacious, modernized bathrooms and bedrooms. Conveniently located, it's about a 10-minute walk to the old quarters and approximately 7 minutes to the famous Memory of Hội An show. The breakfast offers delicious hot Vietnamese dishes. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely little villa/ mini hotel. Great location, 10 minutes walk into the main area. 15 minute taxi to the beach. The breakfast was great every morning. Lovely little pool outside in the shade. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Thanks Cherry and team :)

The place is decent and clean except I found the linen was a bit damp, probably from the humidity. Walkable distance to the Old Town and all the actions are. Friendly staff too. Breakfast variety was surprisingly wide.

We stayed in Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was our best hotel experience of the trip. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything we needed. He provided us fresh fruit every time we returned from walking in the heat. He gave us great recommendations and a very affordable ride to the airport. Was a great experience and the place is perfect if you’re looking for a small intimate romantic place to stay outside the hustle of the old town but still close to walk into it.

What a lovely room we got. spacious. clean. nice views. and tons of windows. modern. The villa is located a jump away from the old town, which was great as it was calm. They provide bicycles for use, which was awesome. Would recommend to any Hoi An visitor. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow to jump into the lovely pool, but pretty sure it is great.
