Clean and cosy room. Friendly staff.

If you are going to this incredible country, this is the only property to consider. Hotel Rosa is quite, clean, a warm friendly staff.

The hotel was great. The staff members were very communicative & answered all my questions through expedia really quickly (first time I have experienced this). Every member I interacted with in the hotel wer friendly and helpful. The location is great, it is extremely close to the towers. The only thing that I wasn't too keen on was how tight of a squeeze the bathroom was. Overall I would stay here again. And for it being the 1st of the year very affordable. San Marino is beautiful.

Hotel Rosa was a wonderful surprise. Our room was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the historic area. Parking was right at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay feel easy and welcoming. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

This is the perfect Hotel to visit San Marino, GREAT LOCATION…. No A/C from October room a little hot but we opened the window, everything was amazing….

Absolutely stunning views from our room, with the added bonus of a balcony. The hotel is in a great location, staff helpful and quick to respond to any queries prior to arrival. Lovely breakfast buffet.

Fabulous location with spectacular Mountain View’s

The staff were very helpful, though, in the breakfast room it was difficult to tell staff from guests. They booked both transfers we required which helped . We stayed two nights, and so didn’t raise the issue that if there was aircon in the room, we couldn’t make it work, and the room book had no information. The room was hot, and the window small, so a fan , if no aircon, would have helped, but I didn’t raise the issue so would not rate based on that. However, previous reviews comment on the heating not working, so maybe both need addressing? Ideal location, we would recommend
