The receptionist was terrible: He was very rude, never helped me when I called, and gave me a keycard that was inputted wrong. The room itself was decent but my bed was full of hair when I first arrived. When I requested sheets the receptionist was no help, the only person that helped me get new bedding was the security guard. Overall mid for what I paid for if I paid less I wouldn’t be so upset.

The AC unit ( heating) wasn’t working good at all and the telephone inside the room is just for looks is not functioning and the shower had black spots on the shower grout and the main door doesn’t have a safety lock and is. It sealed properly and the cold air flows right I. To the room

First, they always send us to the back area even if requesting otherwise. The toilet was not good. The shower curtain was dirty. You could tell they hadn't changed it. The ac/heater was too noisy. The good thing is that they have a person at the entrance of the property so not anyone gets in.

Water was low pressure in shower and water couldn't be controlled, either was too hot or too cold, AC did not cool off was hit in the room, toilet was loose, shower was clogged water wouldn't drain.

Food was excellent! My room was in need of a new toilet seat, and the floor was a bit dusty.

We always stay at this property it’s close to everything that we went for, Defenetly will stay again.

Lovely safe place will stay there again

I didnt like i had to move room at 10:40 pm. The toilet wouldn't flush. Second room i took a shower my feet were under water. Went to bed the air conditioner wouldn't stay on room would get hot. I would start sweating. It would on start for 5 minutes.
