The hotel staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast had to be served at the restaurant, which couldn't be brought to the villa. The room was clean, and the villa itself was surprisingly spacious. We rented electric bikes, though not from the villa itself, but the owner was always there, making it easy. The food was delicious. I'll be back with my next family because they have a family-friendly villa. Thank you, Utara Villa 🙏🏻👍

Nice Villa. Too bad for bicycle facilities there is an additional charge. As far as I know (recommended from friends who have stayed, get free bicycle facilities) but when there is a charge for bicycle rental.

Best villas. Friendly staff (very) and helpful. All facilities are good except the TV doesn't turn on because of this pandemic (saving cost). The pool too much chlorine. Make my eyes afternoon. But everything was good. Keep it up.

The villa is really worth it! Big and very neat. But it's a bit far from the port. And the street lighting is lacking, so it's better not to be late at night. Everything else is good and worth it. All the rooms are also good and there are no defects at all ❤.

Very spacious & cozy! Each villa has its own private pool, there’s kitchen & the cooking equipments are enough & complete. They also provide various bike to rent. Unluckily, the bar & resto are closed due to pandemic, but the staffs can help us order food from the resto next door. Very recommended!

It's very comfortable because the purpose of coming here is to relax and stay away from the noise. It's a bit into an alley, but so far it's okay because you can rent a bike from the hotel. The hotel staff is also very good and always stand by. Suggestions for those who want to come here, don't come home to play late because the access from the beach to the villa is quite far and the street lighting is still limited, so it's pretty creepy, especially if it's just the two of you and all the girls, it's quiet too. Preferably set 7 hours, max has returned to the villa, after that, it's better to swim and cook at the villa. But I love the villa, clean, nice, instagramable. Hopefully the pandemic ends quickly and it can be busy again and the cafe can open :)

We stayed here for 3 days. Very nice villa, relax & private villa. Recommended for family vacation or couple. But unfortunately while staying the restaurant was closed because it was empty of visitors. Hopefully covid passes soon and lots of visitors.

The villa is really nice. Spacious room. The pool is cute. There is a kitchen. Bathrooms are spacious. There is a shower for rinsing near the swimming pool. The drawback is that it is a bit far from the beach, you have to ride a bicycle.

Clean, very comfortable, best service, suitable for a honeymoon, thank you north of the villa, definitely stay here again, stop by at Gili Trawangan.
