I booked my stay in September because expedia has shown a good rating on their page . I called expedia and they mentioned that it is a good hotel .But when i went there , there is no reception , a small room and a girl was sitting there . They will say breakfast included . For that the hotel gave you some token and you have to go out of the hotel and walk to a resturant and gave them this token and they will give you food . Trust me me and husband vacated that place within 2 hrs . The hotel is in a shady place , no security . Ac is not working working properly ( it is more than a heater). Anybody can enter in the hotel and door knobs were at the stage if someone kicked my door , it will broke . Washrooms were extremely bad . I have change our hotel stay . We contacted expedia , shared pictures as well and told them that we cannot going to stay there and we want the refund . Expedia tried calling at the reception but no one picked call . We asked the girl at the reception that expedia was trying to reach you . She said i can't talk to them , my boss will talk to them in the morning . Expedia tried contacting them , but we haven't got any refund . I don't think they were able to reach out to anyone at the hotel .Please don't book this hotel if you care about your safety and hygiene .

Poor Experience

Area wasn't bad close to everything. BUT the hotel was poorly ran, had no towels, no sheets, only had one roll of toilet paper, refrigerator was not working and had a smell, just rude customer service. This will be a never ever again! Still love Punta Cana tho

It was pleasant stay. Everyone was friendly. Sweet was much more bigger than expected, Big comfortable bed.

I will stay was nice and I consider it the perfect place for families. We were able to spend a good time together and to share great vacations with people from all over.

Walkable area with access to private beach. Fast wifi for free of charge. Delicious breakfast with many options to choose from.

This hotel is according to the description and it has awesome location! Staff is friendly and helpful. All in all good experience.
