Great location, great location.

Smaller than expected. 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

A bit disappointing, the room didn't have a double bed, even though I'd booked a double. The hotel staff was very helpful with luggage storage and early check-in at 10 a.m., allowing for a good night's rest after an overnight flight. The location makes you a little wary of the road, and the station is quite far, a 13-16 minute walk.

Great location. It's not the best, but good for its price. The helpers also offer to clean our room even if it's almost 12:00 noon.

Hotel near from Shinjuku Kabuki-cho, head of Godzilla & Don Quijote.

The cleanliness could be improved, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the room was very cramped. I booked a double bed but only got a single bed, which was terrible.

Small compact room, small bed, can sleep 2 men and women, but a bit cramped. If you are not a couple, you have to be very close friends to be okay. 2 men probably can't sleep here. Good location, but no soundproofing at all. Can't leave luggage before check-in or check-out. Late check-out from 10 am to noon, 1,000 yen.

Check-in time is 3 o'clock. And we can't leave our suitcases. So like it or not we have to wait until 3 o'clock. The room ordered is very narrow for 3 people. Unlike the hotel room next door.
