Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Property was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was very good, many options and great variety Will definitely stay again!

We had a group stay at the hotel and we were met with so many disappointments by one front desk staff all three days. We will be addressing the unpleasant experiences directly with management. Employee professionalism and customer service must improve with staff.

Excellent check in process, friendly staff. Great room, clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff there too.

It was fine.

The only issue was we asked for a blanket in the evening and never received one. The next morning the front desk told us they had no one to bring it up. Had we known, we could have came and picked it up.

The room and cleanliness of the entire hotel was great. Great location. Hotel was quiet from road noise as many hotels are not. The fan in the room was a little noisy.

Great stay!

My stay was fine, this is my 3rd time staying at the property. I love the area and the hotel is pretty clean, customer service is great. Breakfast is okay, I enjoy when they have omelets and bacon.

Would stay again if near Milwaukee!
