Hotels.com’s rating is way off! How can this be a 9.6 rated hotel at all?? It is more for the locals, or visitors who want a bed for a low price. Nobody speaks English. Internet access is through one of three separate routers, all of which are of low speed. I could barely access calls, as my cell provider allows via internet access.

I gave it five stars in each category because they were great in all of them, but it’s not your typical five star property because it’s not a fancy place. It was clean, comfortable (mattresses was okay but not super comfortable), and very inexpensive. I’d recommend to anyone who wanted a nice, clean and safe place to stay. If you want luxury, that’s not this, but I liked it and I’d stay there again in a minute. Super close to a mall and huge park as well as the soccer stadium and transportation. Plenty of places to eat nearby and parking available too.

Hotel was very clean and very quiet. Hotel staff spoke very very little to no English, so that’s important to you it’s worth noting. 24 hour front desk, man to buzz you in and out of the building. Neighborhood very safe - very short distance to shopping center and restaurants. As a solo female traveler, I would stay again at this hotel.

This is a very simple place. Behind a locked gate. Very close to a BEAUTIFUL mall. They picked up the room everyday. This city is very busy & noisy so it's to be expected even in a hotel room. Noises from the streets usually woke me up at 6:30. I just needed a place to sleep, so for that it suited my needs just fine. Very courteous & helpful staff.

Their Hotels.com page said that Breakfast was included. When I arrived, they said they have no breakfast.

The staff was really helpful and I really enjoyed the location - right next to Parque la Carolina

The rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and polite. As a woman alone, felt safe.

hotel bien ubicado. tranquilo, seguro el lugar. camas agradables, aunque la tv un poco pequeña, pero no es algo que no pueda cambiarse. en general recomendable el hotel.
