Friendly and helpful staff, close to airport, dining options Hotel offers airport shuttle only one-way; expensive taxi to go from airport to hotel

They charge extra night in my credit card I only stayed one night location is not good at the time of checking we informed we are only one night the charge extra which we are disputing ?

Very close to airport with convenient shuttle service

Great hotel. Clean, roomy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant next doir had a good selection of food. Hotel is close to KEF, but otherwise not much around. Would stay there again for a layover.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Pedro is the best!! He was extremely helpful. Simon saved us when we had issues with baggage. We can not thank either one of them enough for their help!!

Stayed here after a late arrival at KEF. Comfortable rooms, great staff. Convenient location if you have an early departure or late arrival. We didn’t eat at the hotel but our friends had pizza delivered.

Clean, except for those big viewing windows’ glass in the lobby on each floor. The restaurant’s food is so so.

Lication is good for early in the morning flight. Shuttle to Airport service was good! Food at Tokyo restaurant needs check up by Marriott, because of the Marriott image. No recommend Tokyo restaurant . Food and service both the worst.

Nice hotel and staff, but it's isolated. If not that it was right next to the airport, then I'd never stay here.
