Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and well kept

I love the atmosphere and The safety

I had a very good stay, minor quibbles ( wasn’t told about/where to eat breakfast even though it was part of my package, nor was I told about the gym and other recreational areas, when I brought it up the very nice lady at the reception desk apologized and righted my complaint(s). The check -In was a bit lengthy ; for some reason my reservation ( both times) was not in the system and I had to wait at the lounge for about 30 minutes before it was resolved with an apology. The room(s) were very clean and Modern. I Had breakfast once ; it was a buffet style and very good. I wouldn’t not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future. I would like to thank their entire staff for making my stay pleasant.

Proximity to the airport is 5 minutes. It’s a neat quiet hotel. I loved it

The overall stay was not bad. The room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. However, There a few areas of concerns that can be improved upon like The breakfast selection which was very limited and subpar for a 4 star rated hotel. The customer service of the reception staff was also a disappointing as the reception staff were not friendly neither were they helpful on requests made during the stay.

Clean hotel. Only that food is too expensive and usually not great, even with the very high price

This is one of the best hotels in Lagos, Nigeria. The staff are friendly and very well trained and they are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible

It's a neat hotel but unnecessarily expensive. Food options are not great, especially at the buffet breakfast.

This is a wonderful hotel that is well finished. Staff were very friendly. All though I stayed for just one night, I enjoyed my stay at the Providence by Mantis
