We were greeted by Nevada in a most pleasant manner and check in was smooth. Rooms are double size of most hotels. Fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere during winter months! Breakfast was most acceptable and highly recommend this property plus you don’t need to rob a Bank to stay!!

Just recently stayed here and they were extremely accommodating. Very clean room and had everything you needed. Will definitely be going back again!

Stayed one night, and my husband woke up with 100s if not 1000s of bedbug bites. This is the only hotel we stayed at recently.

Breakfast selection was great. Room was updated and clean. Was disappointed that there was no coffee/tea in the room. Front desk staff was great.

No coffee or hand towels in rooms, the room had a very bad odor.. It says has smart tv but no apps to watch without putting in your personal accounts in… You’re still paying the same price as other hotels with these amenities

Airport shuttle was great. As far as breakfast, I was leaving in the middle of the night so could not use that service which I understand but it would’ve been nice to have a coffee to go.

Parking was great

Everything was great for the most part. I don’t expect a lot for what I’m paying. I just look mostly for cleanliness. The rest looked great but was disappointed in the bed. Initially looked clean but then noticed 2 hairs on the pillow and sheets. Not happy with that. Plus, the top bed cover is old and pilling. Most hotels don’t use those anymore. So I pulled it off the bed for the few days we stayed. Everything else was great!

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean shower.

Excellent experience

Got jaccuzzi suite... the hot tub was broken, drain was broken, jets didnt work properly. Stayed 2 nights. They did not clean our room or leave fresh towels, said they didnt have time. No coffee in room, breakfast was horrible. No selection. No toiletries in room. Will never stay again.

Room was clean, so was the bathroom. Decent water pressure. Only downside was the mattress was thin and needed to be replaced. Otherwise, for the price it can’t be beat. Good place to stay before an early morning flight.

Thhe room was a great size and the fireplace was a nice feature. The lack of coffee in the room was bit disappointing but we had to leave before the breakfast started for our flight.

Our one-night stay was okay overall. The room was newly renovated and nicely done, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast options in the morning were also a great variety. However, a few things affected the comfort of the stay. The bed was quite low and not very comfortable, and there was no coffee machine in the room, which is a basic convenience we expect. The bathtub was also quite narrow, making even a shower feel a bit awkward. This hotel seems well-suited for longer stays, but for a short stay, comfort and convenience are especially important.
