His room was dirty and smelly, not cleaned.

Kamarnya kotor ga disapu, ga dikasih handuk dan lain-lain, sprei kotor literally kotor kuning ga wangi laundry, resepsionis pagi sangat tidak ramah, saya tau dia menjalankan SOP tapi kan bisa dengan baik-baik kalau ngomong, tapi resepsionis malam baik kok, parkiran cuma muat 2 mobil, banyak ABG yang check in, kelebihannya banyak makanan di sekitar. Semoga ditingkatkan kualitasnya, saya sering pesen hotel murah, tapi bersih. Kalau ini paket komplit kurangnya. Sorry to say. Biasanya saya gampang kasian kalau mau review jelek, takut berdampak sama hotel, tapi kalau ini udah kelewatan sih.

Very unprofessional, I came at 2 but the room was full I was told to wait 40 minutes, after 40 minutes I was told to wait another 30 minutes.

Lodging without an elevator, I take 2 rooms for the family should the receptionist can be a little understanding and sensitive that there are small children and parents, my family is placed on the top floor of the 4th floor.

The staff are welcome and nice, but the room is so local and untidy.. the pictures of the rooms I saw online is not what I saw in real life .
