Had a pleasant stay at First Pride Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and food options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and good value for the price. Would consider staying here again.

The location is convenient; I've stayed here twice, in 2023 and 2026, and everything is still as good as when it first opened.

The cleaning service received a very good rating, as they were very thorough in cleaning the rooms. The room comfort was also good. The food and the friendliness of the breakfast staff should be improved. Don't treat people as if they're stealing food while they're eating. It's very uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is very close to tourist attractions, near the market and shopping centers. Overall, it's great for getting around. However, the Wi-Fi at the hotel is quite weak.

Checked in at around 10 pm. Smooth process, which was a great help because we traveled with an exhausted toddler lol. Needed deposit of THB 1000 which was refunded when we checked out. They helped us find our rented stroller which was apparently delivered to the wrong hotel, but it seems that the hotel wasn't too far away and it was a sister hotel. Greatest part was they upgraded our room to the one with bathtub! So grateful because we, especially the toddler enjoyed the bathtub so much more than expected. Room was big enough for us three. Also clean and comfortable. It was not sound proof, though. We constantly heard noises from outside especially late at night. But we were glad our child didn't seem to have any problems with that. Three night stay well spent. Definitely will come back.

The location is convenient, 7-Eleven is right in front of the hotel. There is a massage street near the hotel too. The bathroom is slightly smelly, but still worth staying.

The rooms are new, clean, and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful.
