The hotel's location is very strategic because it is close to restaurants and shopping malls.

Why so scary. The toilet door swinging. Main door knob always like theres someone twitching it

The location with mall. So we can around the mall.

The receptionist is friendly and kind, the room is clean, there is an iron and ironing board, the bathroom is clean, there are toothbrushes, soap and shampoo, towels, overall everything is good, the hotel is in a mall, just use the elevator directly to the mall, close to everywhere.

The location was great, near to gaya street, just walkaway.

The floor is damp and wet near the wall.

Good. Strategic place nearby with shopping mall.

Literally hotel on top of shopping mall. Take lift to 7 floor lobby, and another lift to room. The breakfast is inside the mall, where need to walk pass parking lot. No amenities, no gym, no pool. Breakfast is cheap fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak kind of thing. The room rate is expensive.

The staff was excellent. The food was delicious. Everything was OK.

Great place to stay. Staff service is attentive and responsive. Room very clean with complete toiletries.

Card access key didn't work out can't enter to open door. Mini fridge also didn't work out worse ever stay. Note for room 611.

The room was comfy with good amenities. Breakfast spread was very nice and I really enjoyed having breakfast at level 7 with KK town view.

Overall, this hotel is one of the choices when visiting Kota Kinabalu.

The stay was amazing. The room we had is far but it 's fine since I asked for privacy. Parking is easy and walking around the mall is easier too since we can just go without eveb stepping outside of the building. Staff is kind as well. We asked for extra shampoo and shower fluid, she gavw extra. Thank you for the convenient and enjoyable stay! Definitely gonna stay here again.

The room was big, clean and the bed is comfy. The hotel is at the 7th floor of Suria Mall, and you can just go down to shop and eat. Everything was great! Highly recommend & would definitely come back again:).
