Friendly staff, food excellent and service very good.Breakfast choices both hot and cold and inexpensive. Would definitely go back.

Pleasant and professional staff.

Its a nice hotel, very clean, the rooms could be updated a bit... I only had two draws for 2 people which is a bit mean, my balcony shutters were broke when I got there, which was a pain. The air con was quite noisy.... and I had to ask for a second bin as they only had one in the Room, normally you have two ... One for the bathroom for Sanitary Stuff and one general rubbish. The pool was immaculate and clean, however they had a limited amount of umbrellas, only 3 in total... Which is a bit of pain when your scrambling to get shade... The outside area was ok, plenty of tables, but a ton of small birds that were constant on the scrounge, I guess you get that everywhere. Be careful, they do add a service charge on your food & drink bill, which I always think is wrong, good service is earned by a tip in my opinion. There is no real entertainment which would of been nice, like a band... I had to go out to a pub to get that, which is a shame...There was very little if not no background music through the outside speakers, even something in Spanish would have sufficed. No Pool Table, again these things would add some entertainment to the evening, your about a 15 min walk to some bars. However the Staff and waiters were brilliant always attentive and friendly.

The hotel, restaurant and room were amazing but the pool area really let it down. Hopefully this will improve over time.

A great long weekend stay, a comfortable air conditioned room, great facilities including a good range of food and drink and extremely friendly helpful staff. Would gladly go back.

Great for a short break especially if you like golf

The service was slow and a lot of reluctancy about helping at all that’s if you could find anyone on reception. I found the ladies cleaning the room mist helpful out of all the other , can be bothered attitude , staff.

Lovely location, good facilities! Only stayed a couple of days, but would stay again, maybe golf next time.

When I contacted the hotel prior to booking I was told there was a buffet breakfast. When I arrived they told me there is no buffet due to limited number of guests at the hotel. Instead they have a few items to select from a menu which you have to wait for, only for them to screw up your order and not deliver what you requested. The coffee machine only fills your cup to 1/3 so you have to press it 3 times to make one cup. There is no elevator either so you have to carry your suitcases. I needed to bring my suitcase to the lobby and the phone in the room was broken so I had to do it without assistance. First room had no working air conditioning so I had to switch rooms after already starting to unpack. Rooms are extremely tiny and much smaller than any other hotel I stayed in during my 6 week trip, where I stayed at over a dozen other hotels. This is an overpriced and super stingy hotel. Do not waste your money.

A gem of a find for us. The suites are beautifully appointed, the entire property is so neat and well managed, and the service levels excellent. We found it very quiet, and so good we added an extra night to our stay.

Nice Hotel kind Setvice

I had a pleasant stay. Comfortable room with a lovely spacious walk in shower. I used room service once which was very convenient.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds. Staff very accommodating.

We had booked this as an overnight stay due to moving house, when we got to the room after a very busy and stressful moving day, it looked okay but the beds were awful, absolutely rock hard, we could not sleep on the beds and ended up leaving the hotel that evening. If you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep, don't stay here, if you have a back or hip pain, you will not sleep, it's like laying on a hard floor. Absolute waste of money, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in more comfort on a caravan holiday

Excellent hotel

Very friendly and efficient staff. Quite a remote pleasant location frequently used by various football teams for training. Return taxi journeys to the hotel were almost impossible to find. The hotel do arrange taxis from hotel to required destination but the same taxis won’t pick up out of their zone particularly during July/August. Car hire recommended if visiting during the busy months.

Housekeeping is exceptional. Restaurant staff friendly. Outside areas very clean and well kept.

I have stayed here many times and been really pleased. This time, however, there has been a real drop in the usual high standards. I did not have warm water for a shower throughout my stay and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom. When I reported the issues I was met with indifference and they were not resolved. Service in the restaurant was also mixed, brilliant one day and abysmal the next

A very nice hotel with a great golf course, also close to other good golf clubs in the area. The hotel also has a very good restaurant as well.
