Washrooms are small good customer service from the staff

Great team, super helpful, good food options. Some of the building can be a bit updated (doors and trim could do with replacing) but everyone was attentive, friendly and ready to help at all times.

Nice and quiet for work. The staff are really great and always willing to assist. The food menu is good but the availability is not always good. Definitely would come come back for reliability and security.

I really enjoyed my stay mainly because of the great staff. It’s a quiet place and conducive to work. I’m coming back again.

I still like this property but there were small things that were missing. My room wasnt cleaned yesterday. No complementary wine. No butter at breakfast. No fresh fruit at breakfast this morning - how hard can it be to get some mangos and melon in this season?

This is still one of the best places to stay in Abuja for the price. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Rooms are a bit outdated but great for the price.

Excellent staff, extremely well organised and a delightful place to stay. The unexpected free laundry service was wonderful, and the quality of food superb. Outstanding value for money.

My 2nd reservation. Loved it but the kitchen services was not too good this time around. Also, like last time, the water pump broke down again.

One of my top places to stay in Jabi. Building is old but fairly well maintained. Ample parking spaces available.

Overall I have had a lovely stay and the service was up to standard! I was very impressed by the staff and the amenities offered at the hotel. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend. Lovely guesthouse. Quiet and convenient location. Friendly and professional staff. Great value for money.

The standard of the Nordic Villa was same as the Nordic hotel but smaller. Less for breakfast but very safe clean and functional. Excellent Thomas the Car Driver is outstanding - I would definitely pick him again punctual, polite and kept me safe

Very courteous staff. Clean room and room service. Good food too. The water pump was repaired quickly to ensure flowing water. Generator to nepa destroyed my extension box though. Would love to see seemless transition between the solar power and nepa.

Issues with bugs and no wash cloth. Everything else was great

Good at the Billa was vet disappointing. Dinner took abnormal length of time( stay there often) , salad was meager. Fruit at breakfast was bad. No espresso coffee was available Not fresh
