Beautiful hotel with a tremendous views.

The hotel requires a full overhaul it is very out dated and matches upto a 2 star hotel rather than a 4/5 that it sells itself as. There is no gym vitually and the jecuuszzi stinks of bleach ..a massage is 100usd ..breakfast is ok but very much is in chaos...evening meal was very tasteless..

We had two nights at GHL lake Titicaca- after 10 days traveling up the sacred valley, on a multi activity trip with lots of hiking and water activity and occasional camping we were delighted to stay in such a comfortable hotel. Everything met my expectations with only one exception - on both evenings the service at the hotel bar was extremely slow. The bar staff were welcoming and polite but on both evenings we waited considerably longer than we’d have expected for a simple round of drinks. My only other comment was that twice the hotel contacted me to ask if I needed anything when we arrived and twice I asked if they could help arrange a lake tour but on both occasions nobody got back to me. This may have been an issue with the Hotels.com platform??

We had a very good stay at GHL Hotel. The property is located outside of Puno, so it’s quite remote with no nearby restaurants or stores. The hotel’s restaurant offers a very nice dinner, which made up for the isolated location. One of the highlights was the beautiful lakeside setting, with a lovely walking path along the water. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The rooms are a bit outdated, but still comfortable . The hotel also has a spa with a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, all free to use—we really appreciated this after a long tour to Lake Titicaca Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this if you values privacy, and scenic surroundings.

We added an additional day at this hotel because it was so wonderful! We had been traveling for quite a bit in Peru and this hotel was the perfect reprieve and refresh. After backpacking for days we felt like we entered an exclusive club or spa. It's the vacation on your vacation.

Great room, amazing breakfast, and property

We had a wonderful stay with my family and my parents, the hotel is incredibly well located, and the stuff is super knowledgeable and incredibly polite. We had a wonderful day. I recommend this hotel for anybody that wants to visit the wonderful area of Puno, by the way, the sunrise is in this hotel are the best in the area.

Our room was spotless and featured a breathtaking, dreamy view of the lake. We were touched by the thoughtful details, like the fresh flowers and the delicious variety of fresh fruits waiting for us in the room. ​The dining experience was a highlight—the dinner was incredibly tasty with a wide variety of options and great drinks. The breakfast was equally impressive, offering a luxurious and top-tier selection. ​We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and service. We truly hope to have the chance to stay here again!

This property stands out for its beauty, setting on the lake, professional staff, excellent cuisine, and attention to detail. Everything was perfect: We got an upgrade to a well appointed suite which made it special. Dinner was outstanding, as was the service. Breakfast was excellent. It’s a short and inexpensive taxi ride, and well worth it, compared to the noisy crowded downtown.

What a great hotel! The breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. If I ever return to Puno, I will for sure be staying here again. What a beautiful place.

Amazing, immaculate grounds and stunning views from front, back and room. Staff was very friendly, had the early check-in we requested ready on our arrival, quickly dealt with every issue. Just loved our stay. Would absolutely return.

paid over $ 200 for one night, and at that price I genuinely expected a spotless room. Unfortunately, when I went to use the bathroom, the shower was clearly not clean, which was very disappointing. I had to notify reception about the issue and wait before I could even shower. That said, the staff were very courteous and handled the situation politely. Someone very kind came to clean the bathroom, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, for the price charged, guests should not have to report cleanliness issues or delay basic amenities like showering. A higher standard of housekeeping is expected at this rate.

Great room, comfortable bed, helpful, friendly staff, great restaurant, great amenities, amazing views. Overall, a tremendous international hotel where you definitely would not expect it.
