Room was extremely small and window opened to hallway. Free shuttle from airport but $10 to return to the airport.

The staff was friendly, courteous and the meals were delicious!

I was here for a 24 hour layover. This hotel has the worst food service and barely call it food I sent it back and they did nothing in return. I went hungry and just ate at the airport.

The service was not up to stand , there were no face towel , no glasses or coffee in the There were no hanger foe clothes , when ask was told they donot supply tbose thinga You had to ask for water and towel I donot tecommend this place to any one Not foe rhw price yoy are paying .the bed are not queen size

It’s securely protected, quiet and clean

I traveled from the US and had to make a last minute booking due to an emergency and the staff was very accommodating. My room was comfortable, clean and exactly what I needed during my stay. Very affordable and highly recommended 😊

Security wasn’t attentive to the front gate. Room needs to be updated. Room door wasn’t align to the door frame

I was comfortable but other guests very inconsiderate i think hotel need to remind guests there are others staying there as well Rooms need windows that can open don't always want to be in air condition. One sided tint on windows so that curtains can be opened. Upgrade the seating around the pool area. Restaurant needed. And taxi service as with experience some TTRS don't know the area and so unwilling to pick up from there. Overall i was comfortable. Staff very accommodating, approachable, the palce was clean. House keeping was always provided.

I could not check in 3pm like advertised but I was rushed to check out! And one lady was very rude!

The surroundings are nice but the rooms are small, and was not ready when we arrived, the tv in our room was not working and the walls are not sound proof enough bc we were able to hear the couple next door from coughing to brushing his teeth, overall it’s a place for 1 or 2 nights stay..

I will do this again.

The staff at the front desk was very rude. I was not informed that the airport shuttle only operates at certain times for the return trip to the airport. Also there is a $15 USD minimum to purchase snacks - I was not informed of this prior to my stay either. These things NEED to be included on your website and on Expedia.com.
