Good location. No tv first day.no daily clean,linen unless asked .inconsistent wifi..one bottle of water for two nights?.

Good location, clean room, comfy bed. Breakfast was ok. Bar didnt appear to be open, would have been nice to have a drink to socialise at the end of the night but would not put us off staying again. Would recommend.

Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast with pleasant staff. Good clean room with walk in shower above level 1. Level 1 has shower over bath, not good for the elderly.

We had a lovely stay here! Great location, staff were lovely and the room was super clean! It had everything we needed and we had no problems. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location nice hotel room but OMG beds are atrocious! If you have a bad back (as I do) avoid this hotel like the plague. Also I may have received a pet room but the smell from the chemicals to clean the rooms was horrible on allergies. Another plus for this hotel thank god the windows opened to help with chemical smell.

This hotel is in a perfect position for exploring the city. A short walk from the metro/bus/ tram interchange and walking distance to St Stephen’s and the Chain Bridge. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great value for money. Would stay again

Excellent location with just a few minutes walk for the main shopping area, restaurants and the river. Our room was clean and tidy and with everything you need for your stay. We got to the hotel before check in at 3pm and the reception staff were more thank happy to look after our luggage until we could check in

1.The Hotel is about a block away from where the 100E Airport Shuttle terminates. 2.The reception was very kind and welcoming, the check-in and check-out was troubleless. 3.There is a lift that connecting all floors, and rooms are easy to navigate. 4.The hotel is generally quiet and very clean. 5.The room was bigger than I expected with complimentaries you would generally expect. The Air Conditioning was a little cold despite the control, however it didn't bother me. The bed and mattress, floor and tables are neat and doesn't look or sound cheap. Sleeping was very comfortable. 6.The toilet and shower too was clean and comfortable. I loved the strong water pressure and the hot water, with wide-I mean-WIDE shower space. 7.The rooms are cleaned everyday and I believe the hotel puts a good effort to it. 8.The hotel is in walkable distance to many sights and restaurants. I was able to visit most of the places just in 2 days. The area where the hotel is located feels safe day and night although I did practice some cautionaries myself. 9.Overall, a 10/10 experience, I will absolutely stay again.

The entry to the hotel was very cramped & difficult. Breakfast was not inspiring. Our room was lovely with the extra living space.
